You may cancel or downgrade your Services plan at any time by following the steps outlined here:

If you cancel (or downgrade) paid Services you are not entitled to a refund.

Certain refund requests for Subscriptions within 3 days from payment may be considered by Heropost on a case-by-case basis and granted in sole discretion of Heropost.
